McKay Maritime Pty Ltd is a dredging and dredge support services company based in Moreton Bay, Queensland and is in service to the marine industries community up and down the eastern seaboard.
Established in 2016 by owner-director Warren Mckay, Mckay Maritime operates a fleet of tugs, transports and dredging boats, which clear the sea lanes and nautical channels servicing Australia.
We also do support services, delivering bulk fuel, fresh water, food items and spare parts to Tier 1 maritime companies. Mckay also repurpose “dredge spoil,” delivering sand for shoreline reclamation and concrete and cement projects.
McKay Maritime delivers much-needed supplies to industrial maritime operations. We support the deep-water dredging fleets by ferrying in fuel, water, food and mission-critical replacement parts.
Ashore, our earthmoving equipment moves the dredging spoil away, delivering it as clean fill, shoreline reclamation or cement material. Our fleet also conducts coastal water dredging too.
As Tier 1 marine companies conduct massive dredging projects, often the dredge “spoil” ends up onshore and must be managed. McKay Maritime has earthmovers and excavators standing by to repurpose this marine sediment.
McKay Maritime has extensive experience doing coastal water dredging services along high-traffic waterway systems. Seasonally, river sediments must be removed to ensure unfettered maritime traffic along the waterways.
